Ensuring that all preparations are correct before each shipment is an important part of providing high quality service to our customers. We attach great importance to every detail, especially our products have many parts and components, complex structure and strong independence, so from the product parts one by one check to the warehouse management, to ensure that the product in the transportation process is safe and damage-free, and reach the hands of customers smoothly. We need to do a lot of preparatory work, the following we will talk in detail about our pre-shipment preparations.
1. Check every part of the product
The first step before shipment is to check all the parts to make sure that each order is complete. We will carefully check the list of works and disassemble the parts of each product. 2. Packing

4. Stacking in the warehouse
While waiting to be shipped, all packed products will be stacked in the warehouse in an orderly manner. We categorize the products according to different destinations and shipment times to ensure efficient outbound operations and to avoid confusion in the warehouse. All goods will be on standby in the appropriate area, ready for dispatch. Since we have a large number of parts for our products, we need to store an item's worth of products in a specific location to ensure that nothing is left to chance.
5. Fill in the inventory list
Before each batch of products is shipped, we fill out a detailed inbound inventory list to record the quantity, specifications and status of each item. This list helps us to accurately manage the inventory situation and also provides a clear basis for the subsequent outbound process.
6. Waiting for shipment notification
Finally, after all the preparations are completed, our project manager will confirm the shipment time and the corresponding container situation with the client, and we will wait for the final shipment notice. Once we receive the shipping instruction from the transportation company, we will quickly arrange the crating engineering team to load and ship the goods to ensure that the goods are sent out on time.
