Warranty Convention

At IMAGI Playground, we are committed to providing high quality goods and at the same time we will provide reliable after-sales service. The details of the warranty convention are as follows:

Warranty Coverage:

We provide after-sales service for all our products, with different time limits for different parts.

Metal parts: 3 years
Plastic parts: 2 years
Other products/parts: 1 year

Warranty Validity:

Warranty period starts from the first day after the installation is completed.

Warranty Content:

If any problem during installation we will provide all after-sales service . Includes replacement parts and shipping and installation costs incurred.
During the warranty period, we will provide replacement parts free of charge for any defects caused by normal use and manufacturing problems, dismantling, re-installation and transportation related costs are to be borne by the customer.
Damages caused by misuse, natural disasters or unauthorized modifications are not covered by the warranty.

Notice:

The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.
If the unit is resold or rented, the warranty is automatically voided.
