We are pleased to announce that we have successfully signed an order for a new project with customer in India!

This marks another step in our development in the Indian market. We warmly celebrate our new partnership and are very thankful to our customers for trusting imagi playground.

After formalizing the design, we have several video conferences. Confirming all the details of the project, we signed the contract and immediately arranged our engineers and technicians to develop the production list for the project. Meanwhile, our team has been in close communication with the client, carefully confirming every detail to ensure full compliance with the design requirements and consistent dimensions, to avoid any potential problems in the later installation process.

Based on the approved production list, our engineering colleagues send the material preparation list to the shop floor supervisor in order to prepare all the materials required for production and coordinate with the production department to smoothly advance the production plan to fulfill the order as required.

In order to guarantee that each stage is problem-free, our sales and engineering departments work together with our quality control department to perform a detailed cross-check of all project specifications. A quality inspection report is also issued for customer inspection. This collaborative review process ensures that every detail meets our quality standards before moving to full production

Finally, our production team has verified that all equipment that meets our quality and safety requirements is labeled and a shipping list is created . And waiting for the customer's request, ready for shipment at any time.
